My sources (heh) tell me that this is actually a bunch of people who got together to make a home movie based on "Tactics Ogre" or some sort of RPG game of a similar nature.
I think it's just the funniest thing ever.

I would advise people to actually watch the video before reading any of the following.

Now it seems a little stupid and not at all funny at first, but I find it gets funnier as you watch it more. Here are things you begin to notice the second, third, fourth, and fifth times that are funny:

• The guy shouting "Lightning Bolt" is throwing crumpled up pieces of paper.
• The guy with the really big costume that's obviously taller than he is, is carrying a broom for a weapon.
• When the guy with the really big costume who's carrying a broom for a weapon whacks a guy, it makes a really funny WHOMP noise.
• The guy shouting "Lightning Bolt" and throwing the crumpled up paper is probably twice as old as the other dorks and is bald.
• The weird green guy with horns, after getting hit by an opponent, shakes his head around in a really pathetic attempt at looking injured.
• One of the crumpled up pieces of paper hits the wrong guy right in the face.
• As the word "sleep" is shouted really loudly at the guy with the really big costume who's carrying a broom, someone is poking him repeatedly with a big stick.
• If you listen closely, when the guy with the really big costume who's carrying a broom is being attacked by "sleep", repeated stick-pokings, and "Lightning Bolts" he's yelling and snarling.
