And Me! (Mr. Dressup)
I-Sketch is an online game not unlike pictionary. A word or set of
words is generated for one player who must draw that picture. Other
players try to guess what the word is. The painter is not allowed to
say anything, but can press a hint button to show the others how many
letters there are, and what letter it starts with. What happens when
several people team up and tell each other the answers in an instant
messenger program? Hilarity.
Tom_D is drawing this one.
As you can see, the word is "round"
Dan draws a picture representing
"stomach"
Tom_D
Dan
Dan represents "quay" with a man with
a monocle.
I personally think it's funnier if we
draw a picture that vaguely describes the word but you'd still have to
be insane to get it. For instance, when I get the word
"stir" I draw the following:
Tom_D does not seem to share this view.
Dan:
Me:
The word isn't on this screenshot so I
don't remember what word Tom_D had when he drew this.
Me, once again:
Dan. Always with the monocle. I love
it.
This is obviously the only way for me
to draw "bolt"
Here,
we're playing in a room that generates two words.
I have to draw a picture that contains both "file" and "hurricane"
And now, "stain" and "typewriter"
Tom_D once again draws something that
I forget.
And one more by myself:
I'm
not really sure what's going on here... ...but after this drawing the guy
complained "How can you draw climb and quiet using only one picture?"
Nolan draws an
awesome representation of the word "collar" and one other word that
doesn't show up in this shot.
Matthew here, draws "cuckoo" and
"father"
I'm not sure if that's a nuclear reactor on his back...
Tom_D draws "ant" and "telephone"
By now you can probably figure these
out:
I felt it was important to have two screenshots of this, if only for
the comments/guesses.
Pretty soon everyone else left the channel so we were only drawing for
each other's benefits.
