I can't begin to understand what the joke is here. It's funny because... Archie isn't as muscular as the other guy?

"They built a bridge? Oh great. How are we ever going to cross the river? We want to cross!"

You can tell he's a bad guy because... holy crap they went out of their way to make this guy look like a cartoonish villain.

And seeing as this guy is clearly evil because... he's ugly and says mean things... the Archies steal his idea.

This is such a great party! You can tell because we're talking about how great this party is!

Got you there, Grouchy McEvilGuy. You don't have a boat, therefore it's okay for us to steal your idea for profit.

For what!? He didn't do anything!

Serves him right for owning a mortgage and having a dream (which you guys already stole away from him!)
